Feedthru Installation and Welding

With our robust high rel electronic packaging services, Litron can also install and laser weld your feedthrus. Each feedthru is meticulously installed by hand and inspected to ensure accurate installation and laser welding.

Hermetic Welding and Sealing

All of our hermetic laser sealing and laser welding services are performed in our state-of-the-art Class 10K Hermetic Clean Room. This room is equipped with MBraun Gloveboxes containing Trumpf Yag Lasers to create the most precise weld.

Hermetic Testing

To ensure all parts are 100% hermetically sealed, Litron conducts its own hermetic testing. We want to make sure the parts leaving our facility meet and exceed the standards required, and as such perform tests such as fine leak testing, and “bubble testing”.
