• Your data file can be input directly from a computer graphics file (DXF, IGES, AUTOCAD R-14 or AUTOCAD 2002), scanned or programmed
• Unique tooling and manufacturing capabilities add more efficiency, save time and money
• Litron's machining centers are equipped with programmable rotary optics and specially adapted GE Fanuc PLC/PC controllers
• Drilling--Precision, burr-free holes down to 0.002" diameter with tolerances of ±0.001" at speeds five times faster than EDM. Also holes at extreme angles in high-density patterns
• Wide range of materials: stainless steels, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, tantalum, Kovar, mild steel, many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Cutting--High-speed cutting with very narrow kerf and sharp edge definitions in complex shapes at accuracies to ±0.00l"
• Marking--Alphanumeric serialization, bar coding, etc. that meets stringent medical specifications and withstands autoclaving
• Engraving--Hardened steel, tool steels and delicate components can be etched or marked using legible characters as small as 0.015" high
