Complete Control:

Our Class 10K Cleanroom was built with your parts in mind. Upon arrival into the cleanroom, your parts are fully inspected by our quality control team. There’s no unpacking or handling outside the cleanroom environment. Have you had a part fail pin-d and no one knows why? We know!

Our cleanroom is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 certified. Each work area is equipped with ESD monitoring stations, so there’s no risk of an electro-static shock to your device. We also have a humidity control station that constantly monitors and maintains 40% humidity within the cleanroom. All of this to ensure the highest level of safety for your hardware.

When your devices are ready to be welded, they are placed in a hermetic glovebox which allows for welding in an inert environment. After welding, they are leak tested, helium pressure bomb tested if needed and fully inspected again by our quality control team. All this, and they never leave the cleanroom!

Fully Trained Staff:

Most shops will train their staff on the general practices and techniques of laser welding, but are they training them on the proper handling of your parts? At Litron we not only train our staff on the best welding processes, we go the extra step in making sure they know exactly how to handle your parts before, during and after welding.

We understand it’s not just a piece of metal we’re dealing with; it’s a component that could be a life saving medical device or critical electronic package for an aerospace application.
